To honour the educators who shape healthier and happier generations, SHARP NGO is offering a limited number of complimentary passes for the main conference on 9 October 2026 at Rajasthan International Centre, Jaipur.
One application per teacher • Maximum two selected teachers per school • Subject to verification, selection and availability. Applying does not confirm a pass; selected teachers will receive an individual QR entry pass.Educators, counsellors, students, researchers, health professionals and development practitioners are invited to submit abstracts relevant to school health and student wellbeing.
Submission is free • Maximum 300 words • Final deadline: 30 September 2026. Abstracts are reviewed on a rolling basis; early submissions may receive earlier decisions and more preparation time. Suitable oral-presentation slots are limited and may be allocated progressively.The 2026 conference combines a national leadership platform with a curated World Mental Health Day school immersion experience.

Ten thematic panels run across two auditoriums, alongside the Kaavad Project presentation, recognition and cultural segments.
All timings, auditorium allocations, speakers and session titles are proposed and subject to confirmation.
A curated field-based experience at a partner school in Jaipur, designed to move from conference dialogue to practical school-level learning.
Official launch of SHARP NGO’s digital platform supporting school counsellors and structured school wellbeing systems.
Selected delegates interact with school counsellors and educators and observe practical approaches to student wellbeing.
A focused discussion connecting school practice, counselling, technology, referral pathways and scalable partnerships.
Delegate registration covers the applicable Day 1 conference package. Day 2 participation and the Special Networking Engagement are not automatically included or guaranteed with registration.
