ABOUT THE CHAMPIONSHIP
School Health Championship 2024 is a comprehensive initiative by SHARP NGO to encourage students to showcase their creativity and vision for a progressive, inclusive, and health-conscious school environment.
Recognizing the importance of promoting school health to enhance the overall wellness of each student, teachers and staff. This National Level Championship is designed and curated to extend the platform for students to explore their innovation skills, develop and implement strategies beyond the ongoing approaches and programs.
The theme “Innovations in School Health” aims to inspire students to instil in students a sense of responsibility to build a health promoting school, fostering an environment where innovative ideas lead to tagine improvements in the overall health of the school community.

HEALTH & PHYSICAL EDUCATION
It plays a crucial role in the holistic development and well-being of students with benefits such as physical fitness, cognitive, social and emotional development, psychological well-being along with inculcation of healthy habits and informed lifestyle choices.
MENTAL HEALTH
Directly impacting the overall well-being, academic performance, and future success of students, mental health is a vital component in a school setting. Promotion of emotional resilience, helping students cope with stress, anxiety and other challenges among students can help them to navigate the complexities of their mental well-being.
NUTRITION
Nutritional interventions promote the growth and development of a student by inculcating in them healthy food and lifestyle choices enabling them to make informed decisions catering to their nutritional needs.
